Has anyone used the new Behringer 700? It looks almost identical to the Pioneer 600 but at a quarter of the price. I was wondering if anyone has tried it out and what you thought about it....
Peace

here at tranceaddict we have this thing, its called the search button. you might try using it.
sorry dude but there have been more than a couple of threads about this mixer. in brief, its a good mixer for $200. the effects arent too great. it doesnt even compare to the DJM 500/ 600. most of the people on this board that have this mixer like it but its a $200 mixer, dont expect the world

You get what you pay for.. considering the prices. YOu can't even compare the two. If you are lookin for something thats cheap and does what you want.. go for behringer. Otherwise get the pioneer

if you don't need to be able to mix 4 channels at once i wouldn't even consider the behringer. you can get a much better two channel mixer for the same $200 price tag. tascam, ecler, numark... they all make a 2 channel mixer that's *so* much better then the djx-700 for the same price. other then looking like the 600, why would you ever buy a behringer over and ecler or a tascam???

I'm planning to buy one myself, as I've been very happy with my Behringer VMX-200. Keep in mind though that while it's a great choice for the money, it's no Rane, Allen & Heath or Pioneer (which are all far more expensive).
I think my dream mixer at the moment is the Allen & Heath X One 62. *drools*
