How do i fix the "0 point" bug on the Omnitronic DD-2250 turntables?

I have 2 of these tts. But it is so frustrating that when i slide the pitch to 0% it actually changes by 2-3%. That forces me to change the pitch of the other record while it's playing and stuff. Anyone got a sollution for this? Except buying a couple of Technics, can't afford yet.

Btw, appart from this, in what way are 1210 better?
