i don't think his effectiveness would be in question if some people here didn't give him reason to have to be effective.

Further, if you care about this forum and/or have any respect for the people involved in its maintenance you wouldn't title this thread as such. It is perfectly fine to question the performance of a mod on a forum - it is something different altogether when you to go about it in a derogatory tone right from the onset.
