no. i mean. did he have the pressure of the weights on his hans when he started pulling or did he just start pulling hard before the weight was on his hands causing a jerk?

oh! was his elbow bent backward when he had the wight over his head? cus they really do tend to straighten their arms out too much IMO.

there wasnt much info on the web, all it said was that his elbow was dislocated...

id really like to see a video, im guessing it was at the top of the lift while trying to support the weight...

you should never lock your elbows. the biceps should be supporting some of the wieght. technically you don't even have to keep your arms straight. they just do that so they have less of a distance to lift it. just as long as it's only one motion it's acceptable (as far as i know).

true, even with a bend in the elbows or knees you can support just as much weight as being locked out, without having to worry about a fate such as our Iranian friend here!
