Ok i just bough a cell and i want new ringtones

now i got amotorola C210

And then i saw the ringtones on trance.nu
but then i saw that they build the song with nokia composer ?:\
there is a way that i could also play those ringtones in my cell withouth being a nokia ? or having that nokia composer or whatever ?:\
