Please help ID this hard trance track
Please help me identify the first track from the DJ BabyG hard trance set on the Australian radio station River 949 (22 November 2003). It should be a fairly well known track and it has a sound bite in it with someone saying "we shall pay".

that sample reminds me a lot of rba - no other alternative.. havnt checked them out in a while but its probably not them tho..
