Al Qaeda says chasing Americans in "homeland"

I posted this because it was good for some daily laughter. especially with Comical Ali no longer available, darn I miss him but there's Al Qaeda.

America has been defeated (by) our fighters despite all its military might, its weaponry...With Gods help we are still chasing Americans and their allies everywhere, including their homeland," said the speaker, believed to be Zawahri who the United States says is Osama bin Laden's deputy.
- Ah sure they are, check out Reuters.com - http://www.reuters.co.uk/newsPackag...81§ion=news for more of the sad, outlandish claims by those who are hiding out in caves and mountains of the Afghan-Pakistan border regions. These terror groups aka sub humanoids are pathetic. All they have to do is take one tape to Al Jazeera, that objective Arabic news channel and they get airplay of their filth on BBC, CNN, Reuters, etc. Do these "freedom fighters aka Al Qaeda" for the Islamic faith believe their own words. I wonder if Al Jazeera realizes that if Al Qaeda was in control of Qatar they would be showing 24hrs of government sanctioned TV.

I thought about that but decided not to post it, if it is the case then wouldn't the Patriot Act be necessary to deal with those who may choose to do harm once again on American soil, all it takes is one successful attack as WTC proved and if not then how to deal with possible terrorists in America right now, that is the main question. Unless we believe that there are none here. I for one don't feel any terrorist threat in America or believe that the Patriot Act will stand the test of time to affect me and millions of U.S citizens and residents, with that said there has not been another attack on American soil since that infamous day.

I do find it incredible that the leaders of Al Qaeda or as our beloved occrider worships, Iraqi wartime officials, could spew such nonsense. I find it even more impossible to imagine that there are people so loyal that they could actually believe what they are hearing. As NYCTrancefan said, how could you possibly think you were somehow winning when you were forced to live in a cave and keep a maticulously low profile at all times. I wonder if this type of extreme propaganda really motivates those who it is targeted for, or if it actually causes more disbelief and questioning of their leaders than "good."

hasnt bin laden and his crew been doing that even before the attack in afghanistan? same cant be said for cheney though if you are wanted or an important official, you are not going to be in the open and welcoming an attack.

Sometimes the lunatics in this world really piss me off. Every religion in the world promotes peace/love/kindness to all men, and states that all men are equal and should be treated as such, yet all these bell-ends in the Middle East kill thousands of innocent people every day and declare it as "Gods will".

Bollocks is it Gods will. Why the fuck do they all kill each other over land or oil or whatever, and try to convince themselves that it's what God would want them to do, and so what they're doing is right??

They've only got to read their respective religious texts to see that they're all wrong. Although the texts in question were written so vaguely that they can be interpreted in a thousand different ways, they cant be interpreted so wrongly that killing people becomes right, surely??

And could somebody please explain to me the meaning of the phrase "Holy War"??

For some reason, Religious officials believe that by declaring a bloody war "Holy", that makes it right in the eyes of God, and that the war shall do them no harm on their karma/life/spirit/whatever.

In all reality, it's just a poor way to avoid facing that the war you participated so admantly in killed thousands of people and promoted violence instead of peace. Upon declaring a war "Holy", it seems as though religions think that their cause was more recognisable, the deaths caused, forgivable.

As stated previously, there is no "Holy War". Simply, it's religious zealots trying to make their actions right in the eyes of God, but if they had studied their own religions, they would see violence is not promoted in any case, even if it is to "better" their own world/religion/worship.

In any case, they're fucked.
