1.Drink 2-3 cups of water (or milk juice gatorade..) a couple of hours BEFORE drinking (to prevent dehydration/hangovers) and then drink 2 more in the morning the next day (to make sure you're hydrated).
2.Have something to eat before few hours before you drink , never drink on an empty stomach (makes for the worst hangovers).
