Im looking to travel to Europe in 2004. I am first wondering the best month for big events. Also I am wondering what are the biggest & best events. Is it Dance Valley, Trance Energy, Gatecrasher, Love Parade, Inner City, May Day? I know im missing much much more. I am somewhat familiar with these events & others from video but am wondering whats the biggest & from fellow TA's whats the best.

Probably July, since you have Loveparade and Sensation Black/White. Plus it's summer so you can go to Ibiza.
