I'm planning to buy a pair of 1210's from the US since they are a lot cheaper, but the problem is that they use lower voltage in the states than in Europe. Is there a switch for that on the back of those decks?

there is a switch under the platter. There are two holes and you spin them around til you see the switch, then turn the switch.

At least that is how it is on mine.
