can anyone tell me what the score is in regards to smoking laws in pubs and clubs in New York City...

Its not allowd at all. They are passing the law in DC also i think.

i dont smoke..but most of my mates do...they wouldnt go into a club unless you were allowed to smoke.......so you can cane pills but you cant smoke?????? mad!!!

Most places have a smoking area......outside. This is no reason to not go to a club. I makes it so much easier to breath.

bleh. everyone was smoking in avalon last night. my hair stunk so bad. i hate that.

the smoking law rocks altho it can be brutal in winter. in summer, who cares?! it's great to get air!
