cRaYzy Dean Remix

Look, I know it sucks, but I had to throw this together. I even produced a track to go with it.

I just wanted to be the first one to do it.

sounds really out of tune or something im not sure. to be quite honest it does sound a little hard on the ears.. im not sure what the original song sounds like so i can be much of help in making any comparisons.

Hey there Texaggie!

Interesting, this sounds quite eerie. Again like the previous poster not actually sure what it's supposed to be a remix of so I can't compare. But from what I hear it's actually quite good for what it is.
It could definately do with more things going on in it though. I was actually expecting it around the 1:20 mark.

This track needs a really nasty bassline going on, as at the moment it only has that 303 acid style melody carrying it and it does go out of tune a little in certain parts. But that could still work for it.

I can't put my finger on what it is but I can just feel something catchy about this track, so I would say to you 'FINISH IT'! It has an energy about it that I can't explain.

Don't play the sample so often either... it does sound a little WWF for my liking but it does work with the track.

Keep it going dude.

Cheers
Nem

Now I just feel awkward. The sample is of Howard Dean after losing the Iowa caucus. It was played all over TV the other day. I did it as humorous thing.

The music I just threw together in FL Studio, not expecting to really do anything that good. Just wanted to get the first one out there. Because right now there are about 10 different Dean "remixes" out there, and I have documented proof that I did it first :-D

But I suppose I will reopen this track and see if indeed I can make something out of it.

BTW, I got an email from someone claiming to be at one of the 3 major TV networks and that this track had the whole newsroom laughing.

Nice one.
Don't live on your side of the pond so I actually have no idea what the sample is about.

Haha this is cool, I heard a different version on NPR today though.

Has a really dark feel, if you want to continue with it, go for it. I agree with Nem, it needs the squelchy 303 bassline.
