i do believe that anyone who hits the back of you is at fault in insurance terms. think its something to do with the fact that they shouldn't hit you in the 1st place as they should be keeping their distance. get the git to pay!!!

yes that's absolutely true. he shouldn't be driving that close in the first place. better hope the bloke isn't uninsured since a lot of these bastards get away with crashes like this.. good to hear that there is just physical damage to the car..

The blokes with More Than insurance so he s insured! I got ot get a curtosy car as well coz mynumber plate lights are fucked and i need a new bumper. Cannotdrive legally without lights on number plates, so they have to provide me with insurance.

I just dont want no grief coz i get really nervous when i talk to the insurance ppl, esp his, coz they were quite rude to me on the phone like it was all an inconvenience to her!

Oh well, lucky i dont start uni till next monday, so hopefully il be ok until i start there.
