i think ikronix is very right, and not to be judgemental or anything, but freak, you live in england, i dont think r & b originated there. and honestly whether you believe it or not, there are TONS of good r & b / hip hop artists in america who are only progressively increasing. the whole genre is only getting bigger, not falling off. the stuff you hear on the radio and see on the t.v. does not well represent that genre and actually sorta degrades it because it makes a lot of people who are not familiar with it think hip hop is all about that wack shit. i live in nyc which has one of the best underground hiphop/r&b scenes and have seen lots of amazing artists perform. my first love, however, will always be trance. becuz.... thats just the way it is!!!
