Sona is a bitch, but it usually ends up being worth it. So one of 2 things, and I'm sure its been said before: get there early (before 2am) or bring (pretty) women (because I've seen girls that were pretty nasty waiting in line next to all the guys).
Dress code wise, dont look like your going to a posh club and dont look candy raverish. Somewhere in between is where it's at. It's sorta like gatecrasher's dress policy (although there's isn't written in stone)
Quoting...
Blue Hair is not essential...but the right attitude is.
We at Gatecrasher appreciate glamour and originality. So, no Kickers, Rockports or Timberland shoes, no denim or sportswear, don't wear any heavily badged tops (YSL, Ralph Lauren, Ben Sherman etc) or any checked shirts.
Please ensure that all trainers are smart clean clubbing trainers.
If you are unsure of anything please call us on 0114 276 6777.
Cyber gear is not prohibited but at the same time is not the necessary uniform to gain entry into Gatecrasher.
Please put the effort into something smart that you feel comfortable clubbing in, even if it doesn't illuminate of it's own accord...
Dress up and look cool...You have arrived.
So enjoy Montreal, but if your expecting trance look elsewhere... If your still here on Sunday, you might want to check out 'Living' for some trance or if your more into House try 'China Club' two great places for sunday night. As for Aria, I haven't been (yet.. soon, maybe this weekend), so I have nothing to say about it.
Stereo used to be selective, but I haven't been in 2 years.. I haven't heard of much comming from that club these days. There's Angel Morales once/month and I think XL might still spin there, although he's been at Sona more often.
