Battlfield is pretty fun, especially DC. However, it runs very poorly on my system with the GeForce 4 MX 440. It's fun, but my experience might be ruined with the performance. i love multiplayer btw.
Call of Duty is INTENSE, as a single player game. I haven't heard anything about multiplayer and i hear it's short. it also runs very smoothly on my comp. might be a great gaming experience.
i don't think i should wait for BF:Vietnam 'cus i think it would run like shit on this system

Theres nothing like playing CoD on server with 40 other ppl in Team Deathmatch.
It's quite hard to camp as someone will always kill you from behind :P
Single player is short but very intense.

Battlefield 1942 is not in the same league as Call Of Duty.

CoD > regular BF
however EoD > CoD imo, because the maps are so large and well done, its a lot of fun sneaking through the bushes and popping someone off.

BF doesn't run well on your PC but CoD does...I find that odd. They both run fine here, but CoD is definitely the more graphic intensive of the two.
Becuase CoD is Quake3 Engine, and Carmack can program anything
