The paper's probably just didn't get any news of it being cancelled. I got an e-mail from the guys throwing it and they apologize for any negative feelings from this. They had a great idea and I rhink next year it might even work out.

Mekka Tour IS cancelled

Your local clubs might have the DJs that were schedualed play. Check with them. Miami, LA and San Fran are having "makeshift Mekka" parties.
