Spring, because winter it's too cold and summer too hot. IMO spring is the best season with the plants flowering, and these sunny days... although in this season rains a lot.

Fall. Summer tends to be a bit hot and humid, and spring isn't very enjoyable here due to melting snow, slush and then mud. Once the temperature starts to drop in about September it gets really nice.
