i live in new york. if i order it on a monday.. i'll usually receive it by friday or saturday. so 5 days i guess.

I've only recieve one warped record from them.....out of 30 or so that I order
I'm usually satisfy with their service. It's just the USD to Pound rate thats making me ordering less vinyls from them

i've recieved one warped record from them, but i emailed them and sent it back and they replaced it. kind of a pain in the ass but they fixed the problem

I live in Europe, so my post won't do much good - just wanna point out that Chemical Records are really reliable. I always get my records within three days. Thumbs upp for Chemical
chemical is the best online store by far imo...especially since i can no longer afford only-djs shipping.. it will get to you anywhere from 4-8 business days...
