By the way that shit aint funny, i think thats what happens with a lower groinial hernia and his intestines and stuf all went in there. Most people goto the doctor when they feel the muscle is beeing ripped apart from the inside but in these remote places the only doc is a midget witch doctor with a feather head dress.
It hurts like a bitch and u gota carry your guts in a ball bag everywere u go. Just think of how it would feel to have your intestines break thru your muslce layer and fall into your balls.
