It is possible, but I don't recommend using it for live applications, as you will hear the cue on the same channel as your master output.

yeah u can thats wat i do, i only using 1 soundcard atm same as urs ..

BUT its bloody hard to set this audio adapter/plugs crap up .. you gotta split the 2 channels using mono/RCA/stereo converters and shit .. cost me about $20 odd just for these little plugs

FYI, SB Live! cards has 2 stereo outputs, and Traktor can use both of them without problems.
