Cosmic Gate - Bilingual/Monotune

Finally heard the new Cosmic Gate tracks.

Bilingual: Is pretty basic. No real lead, instead a few synths untill the piano comes in with a pad then we go back to the start. Pretty basic tune that could serve as a warm up 6/10
Monotune: It starts like a Marco V tune, showing nothing more than some percussions and hi-hats along with the bass, but then the lead slowly comes in untill it reaches its peak point were all elements come together. Hell lot better than Ultra-Curve and Tomorrow 9/10

Monotune is the only one worth mentioning imo...first prog. trance track i've ever heard from Cosmic Gate...pretty good and most probably would drop it in a set

edit: actually, on 2nd listen, this is more tech-trance

Prog & Cosmic Gate?? That's a combination I was hoping not to see. Let those boys just keep to their core business where they good at: hardtrance!

edit: I listened to it, and I think it's better than Ultra Curve. It easaly fits in a Marco V set, agreed. It's their best production in years imho. I think this one is a killer in a club

Both Bilingual and Monotune are mental! Proper Hard Trance at its finest! This is a comeback like no other for CG. I never fathomed they would come back as strong as they have with their most recent productions 'n remixes. Overall, I found Monotune to be stronger and more effective than Bilingual in my opinion. Impressive comeback to the scene for Bossi & Claus. 8.5/10.

I smell a new Cosmic Gate album coming...... Although Ultra Curve and Tomorrow were nothing breathtaking. Ultra Curve was better than Tomorrow IMO but I'll have to check out these two tunez. Judging by the ratings it's probably another crap tune and another fairly good one.

Too bad though, it seams a lot of trance artists don't really age like a fine wine :/
