well for the lucky people who don't get comedowns hahaha we don't need cures
yep, as ste said anything with trytophan in it will do you for the week. 5htp tabs, more vitamins, all coupled with lots of grapefruit juice. something to do with the carrier properties of it or something
sleep, that all your really lacking and food, i'm not really of the comedown variety either, but i do recommend a good shiraz and some hot turkey salad, and zoolander or sunday tv, and a gareth, or whatever lams parent cook, and his multi shit tv channels :P

if you are suffering from a base comedown, so long as you are properly hydrated and its a few hours since you did it, beer is the ultimate magic tool.
also beer will help your head at 3pm when you havent slept and your brain has had too much, it always sorts my head out anyway..
apart from that, plenty of vitamin c, a bag of salty crisps to replace the salt you have drained from your body, a girlfriend to cuddle up to is also very helpful when you are in your hour of need

had a bit of a shitty one the other week after the Radio one Weekend, but i found that a couple of big massive hugs, a bootle of lucozade and a massage, and a good aul fashioned chat done the trick. generally just some TLC.
