This comp is supposed to be a la what PvD did with POD ie reworking/editing etc the tracks. Hope to catch the tour along the way!

Taken from www.djsasha.com

quote:

SASHA INVOLVER ALBUM TOUR
This summer Sasha is set to tour the world in support of his highly anticipated album for Global Underground, Involver.

Sonically, Involver meets the listener smack at the point where Sasha’s 2002 artist album Airdrawndagger and the future of electronic music collide. This is Sasha’s first mix compilation in nearly 5 years and his first full-length release since the acclaimed Airdrawndagger.

As an album it completely and perfectly integrates the concept of the DJ mix compilation and the producer / artist album. Every single track is an original Sasha remix or re-creation that has been exclusively recorded as an original piece for this project.

He called upon some of his closest friends and peers including Felix Da Housecat, UNKLE and Ulrich Schnauss and asked for permission to recreate, especially for this album, one or more of their songs.

House? No wonder. No, can't say I ever heard of Spooky.

Man, why couldn't he make more tracks in the same manner and style as Xpander?
