How do I locate the driver install file? And how come this is a recurring problem for me? What exactly do I have configured wrong on my computer that keeps these important files from showing up?
Thanks.

Sorry I was a bit too hasty with my reply..
Try this.
Go to device manager, find your delta there, right click on it and select update and select the install from list or defined location (or something like that don't have english version of windows on this comp, therefore can't give a detailed name), in the next screen select the "search from these locations" and cross the second checkbox and browse to the directory where the delta.inf and other files included in the zip file are..

1) Desktop : Right Click on MY COMPUTER and choose PROPERTIES.
2) Choose HARDWARE on the table and click on DEVICE MANAGER.
3) Find Sound Video Controller. You should be able to find the yellow Question mark there. For my case, I will uninstall everything in that Sound Video and Controller to let the computer Detect the hardware.
4) Put in your CD ROM and restart.
5) When your computer restarted, your computer will detect new hardware found! Click on it.
6) Follow the stuff and click install to detect the CD ROM by itself.
7) If it prompt something like Stop Installation of Continue Anyways, Just Click CONTINUE ANYWAYS.
You should be able to get your Soundcard installed.
However, you d/l from the web as I not sure will this help. Dont you had the CD Rom to install?
