are we counting all versions of SF2? if so, i go with fei long. if not, then i suppose ryu. although, in the original, you wouldnt fight whoever you picked. zangief kept FUCKING me up, so i wound up picking him and got really good. but now i cant stand slow fighters, so i go for speeed speeeeeeeeed speeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed! hence, fei long

Ryu probably coz most of his moves are easy to do, and hes a bit faster than ken.
