Sad Shapeshifters - Lola's Theme (Positiva)

Ok so now the promos from positiva are out...
With female vocals
What do you think of this? personally I think positiva should go f*** themselves
Its so typical. Destroying a perfectly good tune, so it will make it to the top20.

I've not heard the new vocals but I think I can justifiably say that they are completely unnecessary. I love the original, and feel that its integrity comes from its simplicity. A repetitive but catchy vocal hook worked for former Summer anthem 'Music Sounds Better with You' by Stardust, and that should be the case with Lola's Theme. Not to worry though, it's not like I actually have to listen to it.

where could I listen to the "new-vocalized" version? Iam a big fan of the old version that had these really simple and lightly used vocals and I've been searching for the tune on 12" ever since I first heard it.

I really hope these vocals arent those everyday cheesy vocals. Maybe they found a way to do them proper? I sure hope so because this tune has the essentials to become one of the summer house-anthems of 2004!

Not at all a fan of the new version. Everyone who is hyping this tune to be one of the big tracks of summer '04, I'm just not seeing it.
