I don't mind these artists, infact I enjoy them greatly, but they seem to be the "cheesier" side of Hard Trance, all hi-hats that are endless.
I've come to think "real" Hard Trance is the stuff Paul Maddox plays, really hard banging stuff, almost a cross breed of Hard House I guess.
I'd consider these Hard Trance :
Paul Maddox & Niki Max - Reach Out
Tomeat - State of Motion
Guyver - Trapped
Am I confusing Hard Trance tunes with Hard House tunes or does anyone else consider this the "real" Hard Trance? |
comedy, you say the above are cheesy yet name cheeys hardhouse hybrid artists.
i find that a lot of hard trance can be considered cheesy because of the bare nature of the genre, but artists like shokk and m woods make their tunes a bit more vbaried and complex rather than a lot of other artist, for example the uk hard trance and their smaey rolly soft kick and wob bassline, to the german style with the "just-like-scot-project" sound.
flutlicht used to be hard trance, and used to be different, and quality. their productions i nthe last year before their end were far from hard trance.
