One Man Army - The Anthem [JOOF]

If ever I were to identify a single trance track as what I would consider to be the epitome of "real" trance.. then it would most definitley be this one. Atmospherically beautiful.. haunting synth stabs.. a melancholic beginning which progresses into a dancefloor bomb is what this tune has to offer. First played by GTR in his DJMixes2K Exclusive Mix back in February of '04, this track should see a full release by mid-July early August. Certainly a track not to be missed and surely will be reckoned with by many jocks in the near future. What more could you expect from JOOF other than quality? Exactly what I thought you'd say. Absolutely nothing. This tune receives my very highest recognition. If you like JooF-style traks.. then you sure as heck will enjoy this. The ref gives this two way way up! 10|10.

Btw: Forgot to mention that the name of the b-side is "Ballroom Dancer" and will be included on the full 12" release.

if it's the same version i heard a long time ago, then yeah it's pretty good, with a subtle feel. i just think the breakdown is a bit too long, don't like that bit. 7/10

btw, this is by jezper, the same guy behind airbase, scarab, etc...

pretty solid trancer...i'd perhaps pitch it up a bit and add a loop during the breakdown.
