I believe most minimal tech would go under this header
I played "Orange Minus" by Richie Hawtin (one of my favorites) for friends and it was said to be quite repetitive, although not as repetitive IMO as Speedy J's Loudboxer or certain works by Surgeon.
As for repetitive trance, I would say if you get used to certain types of structure like the buildup/breakdown, a lot could be classified here too simply because you feel like you've heard it before -- a unique type of repetition. Makes sense obliquely....
