ok let's start off by saying that i hate flying. i have only done it once and i hated it just like i thought i would.

i have to fly out to phoenix friday and back on sunday and i was wondering if there were any tricks i could try to make my flight easier.

i dont get motion sickness so i dont think that dramamine is going to help since that seems to be for nausea and vomiting. if i had some muscle relaxers i would probably take them but i dont.

odds are i am probably just going to have to tough this out but i figured i'd ask to see if any of you who dislike flying as much as i do have come across any tricks that make the whole process easier.

flying and travelling are great. just do it more often, then u'll get used to it.

what do you mean, you hate it? what exactly is the physical/mental problem?

well if your ears can handle the pressure like mine then just chew LOTS of gum on the way up and down.

but i have no other adivce to share, sorry

I hate flying also. I always bring some of my fav music (livesets/comps) and some reading material. This makes the flight seem shorter imo.

I, too hate flying...
am probably one of the worst of kind..
I was doing it so frequently in the past months but am finally situated at my final destination so the flying stops for now...
in the meantime...i took prescription sleeping pills from here that REALLY helped...took one before I ate and OUT i was for 6hrz...
don't think I'll ever fly awake again
