I have to tell you I am listening to this set right now and I like the feel of it very much. Mixing is good, good track selection has, very much a James Holden (Balance 5)dark vibe to it. While Airtight is one of my all time favorites, ( when max came here to play in rochester I aked him to play it and he never did still bumbed about that) I dont like the transition from song number 7 to Air tight. It feels almost like you brought it into the mix to early. Maybe a different track rather than number seven or after ( even though I love track number 7) would have been a better way to set up air tight. Air tight is one of those tracks that really gets you moving and I think a more mellow repetitive long track would have set up Air tight better. An example of what I mean would be on the first disc of Paul Oakenfold Presents Another world. Besides that i love the mix so far I will definetly be listening to it alot. Your mixing is trully excellent on this, just air tight REALLY seems out of place on this mix.

hey i just listened to your mix again, loved it but I think that Airtight is still out of place on the mix. I'm looking forward to hearing another mix from you in the future.

Thanks for the response, its good to hear someone else's opinion from time to time. Usually I am super critical of every transition and I find something I really don't like in the mix so I don't post it.

About Airtight, I listened to it again and I think I get what you are saying. I think maybe if I used it more as a transition piece to more trance tracks instead of more prog it might have sounded better. Also I find that Vadim's remix of Satellite is tough to mix in general and have now found a great song to follow it with (maybe I should just stick it at the end of the mix ). I do agree that Airtight got mixed in to soon, or put another way, there was too much of it's intro in the mix (but it is a pretty long intro).

I am glad to get a positive response. I only recently got some web space and put a web page up so I will probobly have more mixes up hear in the near future.

I know what its like to have a great track that you love but you it wont fit in the mix. I recently encountered this with mix that I am preparing for the 2 nd Anual bedroom dj contest. I wanted to put James holdens remix of Loki in my mix but it would have been following Tiestos remix of innocent so I have decided to withdraw it from the mix even though i think its just sick it doesn't fit though
The mix I am preparing has a couple unrealeased tracks the order is as follows so far
1. Romeo and Juliet are dead
2. Blade runner meats the crazey horse- Danel Jon Remix
3. Band F Vs the Voice
4. Your not Alone- Olive (into the dark night mix)
5. Delerium -Silence (Sanctuary Mix)
6. Inncoente (deep dish) Vs the Sanctuary mix
7. Innocente -Tiesto Mix
This is a very personal mix I have been working on it day and night for the past 2 weeks, it has alot of origanal production and remixes by myself and very rarely on the mix will you just be hearing one song play. I am very happy with it so far the transitions are smooth and some of the tracks are mixed 4 minutes plus. Fans of The Delerium Sanctuary mix are going to die when they hear how this album is built around that track and I have it weave in and out of other tracks throughout the mix and other tracks weaving in and out of other tracks, the whole thing is just on huge mix I will be posting it at the end of the mounth give it a listen I think you may really enjoy it.
