Danny Taylor's DI CD release party July 22nd at Driven
Hey guys,
For those of you in the dark DI (Digitally imported) fm is one of the leading online streams for electronic music especially DJ sets. Driven's own Danny Taylor has had his set approved by the DI council and it is currently being streamed!!!!!!!!!
To celebrate Thursday July 22nd we will be having a special night at DRIVEN (Thursdays at 398 Richards the Drink Nightclub)
Danny will be releasing his DI set that night!!!!!!!! We need someone to open for him. So here is the deal, we have a competetion on to find the opener....come this week to Driven with your demo and reason why you think you should get the 10:30-12am time slot (i will be playing 9-10:30) have fun.........boogie winner will be announced on saturday.

The idea is to get everyone down and support us...........demo or not. I am willing to consider creative "tap dancing" ie: "I don't have a demo but this is why I should play"
as well..........

I am listening to the cd's and tapes all day at work today. I had mario re-brun them and colour code the cd's so it is totally impartial.
I am looking for solid dj skills regardless of music style although you will be expected to play club appropriate .....
hint: i play prog at 134-137bpms and will be opening for whoever wins.
please don't pm me begging to be included, if ou couldn't make it down i am sorry but rules are rules.
