There was a great write up on Xpander.nl about infusion and their tour of the Americas.

INFUSION DO AMERICAS
Summer 2004 has been busy for one of Oz's favourite electronic outfits, Infusion, who have just completed a series of major European festivals and have now set off for the Americas. Since debuting in the early '90's, the trio have received both domestic and international acclaim through their live atmospheric electro beats, 12" releases and their rock music attitude.

Jamie Stevens, Manuel Sharrad and Frank Xavier were first inspired by the Sydney rave scene to perform as Infusion before going on to release the Aria-nominated single, 'Smokescreen' on Sony back in 1995. Their 12" Flinch EP on label of choice, Thunk Recordings snatched reviews in Mixmag, URB and the UK's NME (New Music East). In 2001, Infusion had three tracks - 'Fallen Star EP', 'Legacy' and 'Spike', that all hit major record boxes everywhere and their multitude of remixes - including Main Element's 'Take Me Down' - found their way into compilations including the Godskitchen Summer Trance and James Holden's 'Balance 005'.

Infusion have been in the studio working on their upcoming album alongside other projects that have been released on Dave Seaman's imprint, Audio Therapy. This year has seen 'Girls can be Cruel' as well as the latest '80's-inspired house track, 'Do To You (In '82)'. The trio just finished playing at the Glastonbury Festival in England, the Roskilde Festival in Denmark and the Hulsfred Festival in Sweden and are now in South America. You can check out Infusion in Buenos Aires, Argentina on 13th August; Santiago, Chile on 14th August; Boston, USA on 20th August; and let us not forget the Creamfields festival in Liverpool on 28th August.

The new Infusion album is scheduled for release next year.
