I bought one a few months ago, really nice cd player but one problem.
When I try to fastforward or rewind in a track it goes horrendously slow if I'm using MP3. On regular audio CD's it FF's and REW's fine, and I've never tested ATRC3 files.
Does anyone have any suggestions like maybe a special disc format or something?

there is probably nothing you can do about it. For the cd to fast forward the MP3, it just read it, de compress, and put it in its buffer. Thats why the a normal CD fast forwards just fine, there is no decompressign going on. No extra drain on the processor in the player.
