That's what's nice about my job...I'm just a number. I do my job and go home. If someone wants to stand out, but they have lower seniority....big deal...I'm still senior to them and Always will be. Just like I will always be junior to those ahead of me....thus, once the competition of trying to get hired on is over, there is no point of having a chest and going under the table to move up the ladder ....uhm ...I mean standing out and trying to get attention.

assuming the boss is smart enuff to know better and that's pretty big asumption. The higher up the corporate ladder the better bullshitter you are.
