Question

female vocal track...

Ok so I heard my local radio station play this cheesey song that had female vocals that sang:

"Hardly a day goes by..."

And that seemed to be the main hook of the song. I'm not sure if that is enough to help any of you ID this song for me. Hopefully it will be.
