Probably not... and having the TV crew there wouldnt help either. I figure the lady in the honda was busy looking at the TV crew to her right and didnt pay any attention to cross traffic. (we all have done that.. looked at something that catches our attention) and then just go. She probably looked to her left well before the truck was close... figuring the coast was clear she made her go...
