This track is at the end of Scott Bond - Music for a Harder Generation on the 26th of September. It is from Requiem for a Dream, the theme track titled Summer Overture.
Any deets on this?

Its definitely Scott Bond. I previewed the post after uploading the track. Apparently after doing so the attachment is no longer part of the message. Which is why I posted again.
