Please see the description and photo. It's times like this that
really make you think.
With all the news on TV lately about the extreme weather
conditions affecting the East Coast of the US, the mud slides in the Middle
East and South America, along with the dire predictions made by
such films as 'The Day After Tomorrow', we shouldn't forget that the
midwest has its share of devastating weather too.
I've attached a photo illustrating the damage caused to a
friend's home from a storm that recently passed through Northern Wisconsin .
It really makes you cherish what you have, and reminds us not to take
things for granted. God bless us all.

May god show us mercy when things like this happen to our own homes.

...you tit.
Seriously though, people have had their houses really fucked up on the Eastern US this year. I helped with hurricane relief after Charley came by in the town of Punta Gorda. That town had lost 20 people in that one storm (death) and was in utter ruin. It's amazing to see a strip mall abandoned that has 4 stores in it. Only 3 of the stores are actually still standing while one of the middle ones is absolutely leveled.
It just goes to show that when the odds come down to it, Mother Nature just points at somebbody and says "YOUUUUU!!!!"
