If you have traktor yes
Press the sync button & move the little arrow things to keep it perfect synced...Takes some practice though .

Uhm, I guess technically it's possible, but it'd be quite hard especially in a club environment.

I used to do this years ago to perfect my pitching accuracy and speed.
I still do it sometimes- i can picth just as fast as when i am wearning headphones to be honest
It helps you differentiate between different parts and use the monitors.
Try it- you may learn something. Obviously not playing out.

Hmm.
I've been using traktor for over a year and the sync meter works perfectly in about 1 in 50 tracks. Not that I care anymore though, since I train my real skills instead of using traktors displays (I use a program to cover up the BPM/sync meters, hide waveforms etc ).

NEVER rely on the BMP counters on your mixer. It'll come out to bite you in the ass one day if you do. Do it by ear! You're not showing off not using headphones...

I can keep a song in perfect sync for like an hour

Freak actually makes a good point, as it's really good to get used to hearing the sound you are mixing in all sorts of different ways.
I sometimes mess with the master output too so that I get a really heavy bass loaded sound. Helps you deal with the clubs that have crap monitoring and a mixer that wont let you mix in phones.
