my djm-600 is missing all the caps and knobs pretty much.. but for $10 each to replace, i am not really missing them.. other then that, it is holding up..

not ripping on Pioneer products...
They are popular for a reason - well thought out design, good ergonomics, appealing feature sets.
They are a bit on the pricey side for the lack of quality though. On any forum (except Pioneer's) you'll find dozens of threads similar to this.
In any case, check Pioneer's forum, there's an email address for a technical support person who may be able to help you. I believe it's in the FAQ.

I haven't sold many DJM-600's. However I did sell a lot of HDJ-1000's, and most of them wound up broken. I must salute Pioneer's warranty service, because they've replaced EACH AND EVERY ONE of them.
It's a shame it happened after 3 years. Your warranty's probably expired now.
