What do you guys use for a sleep remedy when you are fresh out of gravol and other sleeping agents... Im freaking going nutts tossing in turning in my bed!!! Counting sheeps is only frustrating me

i'd never use chems ... camomile tea and a good book does the job for this bruv

Sounds disgusting, but take a small swig of Nyquil. Too much will comatose you the next day, but just enough will be put you under like you wouldn't believe.
Melatonin and Valerian also work pretty good.

Melatonin is supposed to work wonders.
I use gravol, sleep-e-ze, or pot. Pot works the best.

trying working out really hard about an hour before you go to bed..
It works wonders for me, lately i've been having lots of trouble sleeping and it's just about the only thing that works without any sort of chems.
