Adding Audio Units to Logic Express 7?

I'm trying to figure out how to add a synth like Pro-53 to Logic Express 7. I understand LE7 doesn't support VST instruments (unfortunately) but I've hear I can use Pro-53 with it via Audio Units or RTAS or something. Is this true? How?
