Either mix, this is one of my favorite hardstyle tunes ever. Familiar hardstyle kick but the melody is what really sets apart IMO.

It's kind of a mash-up genre IMO. It has elements similar to hard trance, hard house, and hardcore.

Usually employs a very hard kick and hard bass, lots of drops and filters. I prefer some of the lighter hardstyle and some of the more trancey hardstyle.

EDIT: Might as well add some more tunes that I like, though they may be a bit old.

I'm listening to some of it on Ishkur right now..... I'm not really into gabber or hardcore anymore..... brings back memoires though.

most of that stuff isnt really hardstyle. DHHD is hardstyle, dj luna, dj dana. DHHD - Funky Shit is a badass tune
