Hey Im Looking for an old school house/trance song... Don't know much about, it was really popular, the video was a funky monkey guy or something similar to that, he is driving down the road in this costume tapping his hand to the beat of the song on the door while the window is open. Most of the video takes place in the car.. If you can just give me the artist or something I can guarentee you I'll remember the song, just need to refresh my memory, great old school song (~1999 most likely)This has been bothering me for days now! hope you folks can help!

The one I'm thinking is there is a guy driving on the left side of the car while a "muppet" monkey is on the "passenger" right side moving to the beat while tapping his hand on the window sill of the vehicle.
Am I right?
