walloon = french
yes, there is an accent and a few minor differences as far as terminology goes, but it's not a different language.
there is no such thing as "bone annéye", lol. i fear that's just a transcription of how they pronounce "bonne année"
flemish = dutch, by the way. we have an institution like the Real Academia or the Académie française that covers The Netherlands and Flanders.

oh thanx for the info i didn't know that, i was quite surprised by "bone annéye" who sounds french indeed and so flemish = dutch, i thought it was a mix between dutch and german ...
