Edm?
I hate to post when I'm sure another half our of digging around will result in me finding a defenition for it, but it's driving me nuts.
I've recently registered here at the advice of another member, and the more I read the more I see reference to EDM. I'm not entirely sure if EDM is a sub-genre to "Trance" so to speak, the umbrella genre under which trance falls.
And from there, where does Techno, Electronic, House, etc fall under the great scheme of things?
Or should I even worry about it? 
I don't even really know where to place my listening preferences in there; I'm a raving fanatic for AVB, Tiesto and George Acosta, and the rest of my limited and uncultured listening falls in and around Oakenfold, Global Underground sets, Mauro Picotto, some Taucher, a little Sasha and/or Digweed - and once in a blue moon some Juno Reactor. To me they all seem to fall within the same rough area of the genre, but a little research shows they're quite varied?!
I've also been introduced to both Scot Project and Yoji Biohemanka (sp?) and a few others that I normally would have passed over.
So ends my question that turned into an introduction :P
