I was waiting for this thread.
I'm very interested in F1 this year (as always, but I'm looking forward to this year more than maybe the last two or three). I really hope Williams can get their act together after a disappointing (by their standards) year last year. I really like their driver line up this year, Webber and Heidfeld. I made the comment in last years thread that Heidfeld was probably the most underrated driver in the field, so I'm glad he's got a decent drive. And Webber obviously, good driver and an Aussie.
We will finally see the potential of the Toyota's with two top line drivers, and I'm glad Christian Klein got the drive with Red Bull who are showing some potential in testing. First time I've seen that McLaren in pictures, be interesting to see how effective that fork wing on the centre spine is, see if it gets picked up by any other teams. Also Juan Pablo Montoya, I like him as a driver and a personality (I don't like his personality, but he is a personality), but I don't want him to do too well this year after abandoning Williams.
This year is probably the best looking year in recent times, a really good chance of good tight racing.
Some interesting rule changes this year, one set of tyres for races, only able to be changed if damaged, and one engine for two races. I wonder how Toyota will go with the engines, they were really struggling in some points last year to get them to last one weekend last year.
