DJ literature?

I am more and more considering the possibility of me DJing, and I wanted to know what are some good books for beginner DJs that show how to mix, mixing techniques, etc. that you may have used.

Check out http://www.recess.co.uk/start.html for some really good information on djing. It's what i used to get started and ive been able to learn through trial and error quite well.

That book is amazing. I don't like buying shit I dont really need to. So i spent 1 week after school reading that book. And it taught me so much. Also I believe in the back of the book it talks about promoting your self where to go, who to look out for. etc. Very well rounded book.

You might wanna check 'Last Night a DJ Saved My Life" I don't know if it covers the techniques behind Dj'ing but it sure has alot of information about the history, the dj's, etc.

also, 'Adventures On The Wheels Of Steel' by Dave Haslam, charts the rise of the DJ as a superstar and the reasons, history behind it. Very interesting, no technique help in there but a really good read all the same.
